Aerobics
was fine, then somehow it wasn't enough. Tai Chi is soft and
elegant and took years to get enough movements memorized. Martial
arts like Kung Fu and Judo are great for active children and
self-defense. Running is okay, walking better. Some of us have
been searching for the way of staying active physically and
fit into our golden years with our very busy lives. Mahalo-Kala
was offered "meditation in movement" dating back to
ancient Chinese times, that rejuvenate the mind, body and spirit.
It's easy to learn, you can do the movements without special
clothes or special equipment. Once you learn these simple movements
within a day, you can fit them into whatever way you live, in
the morning, at work or in the evening. Ten to 20 minutes daily
will allow you to experience some very interesting results. |
